Since 1996, the name HTTV-Produktion has stood for high-quality documentaries on German television. Whether in the icy waters of the Bering Sea, in Antarctica, or in isolated North Korea – HTTV teams travel across the globe to bring audiences gripping, investigative, and visually powerful films.

HTTV productions have received both national and international awards and have been featured in renowned formats such as Terra X, ARD-Story, Länder, Menschen, Abenteuer, and even Sesame Street. Clients include NDR, WDR, SWR, ZDF, KIKA, and arte, among others.
In addition to its own projects, the team led by managing director Michael Höft also supports other productions — for example, by providing camera crews equipped with state-of-the-art technology, as well as services in post-production.
The backbone of HTTV-Produktion is a well-coordinated network of experienced writers, international researchers, editors, and camera crews that has stood for quality, journalistic integrity, and reliability for years.
